Jim Block
Jim
Block is IT Program Manager for Baxter Credit Union. Jim has eight years
of technology experience creating and deploying complex software
solutions in the Financial Services industry. At BCU, Jim implemented an
enterprise wide Business Process Management solution amongst other large
organizational projects. He previously spent five years as a senior
consultant designing and building service oriented applications for
clients such as Caterpillar Financial Services, Dell Financial Services,
IBM Global Finance and GMAC Insurance. Jim was previously vice president
of Sales and Lending at Baxter Credit Union, and has ten years of prior
credit, collections, marketing, risk and management experience. With
over a billion dollars in assets, Baxter Credit Union (BCU) is one of
the nation's top 100 credit unions and one of the largest in Illinois.
Jim is a graduate of the Kellogg Graduate School of management and has
his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.

Brett Champlin
Brett
Champlin, MBA, CCP, CDMP is the President of the Association for
Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP.org) and a Manager in
the Business Performance Improvement group with a Fortune 100 insurance
company. He has led business process transformation projects for over
15 years, and has over 25 years of experience working in Information
Systems Management. Brett teaches a course on BPM in the Strategic
Process Improvement program at the University of Chicago. He has
served on the board of directors of the Data Management Association and
the Institute for the Certification of Computing Professionals. He is
an occasional contributor to BPM Strategies and various trade
publications and has been a popular speaker at international conferences
and professional associations for over 10 years.

Rik Chomko
Rik Chomko,
Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, InRule Technology Rik has over 15 years of
experience implementing rule-based technology. Prior to co-founding InRule, Rik
was Chief Technology Officer with Calypso Systems, a solutions integrator based
in Chicago During his seven years at Calypso, Rik was responsible for both the
architecture and delivery of systems to many of the firm's largest clients. Rik
is recognized as an expert in emerging technology, having co-authored a number
of system frameworks that provide analysts the ability to control application
logic without programmer involvement. Rik has been both an award recipient and
speaker at numerous technology and industry events including Microsoft Fusion,
Comdex, and ACORD Prior to his work at Calypso, Rik worked for Blue Cross/Blue
Shield of Illinois where he served as a member of the Technical Architecture
team on their largest mission-critical system. Rik has a degree in English from
the University of Illinois at Champaign.

Tom Coleman
Tom
Coleman has worked successfully at many organizational levels in
information technology and in user disciplines. He has a detailed
understanding of strategic planning, process improvement, technical
systems strategies, and manufacturing. Tom has worked in various
manufacturing positions leading to the position of Director of
World-Wide Materials. In the information technology area, he has held
positions such as Business Systems Analyst, Director of IS, Vice
President of IT, and Chief Information Officer. Tom has led six
enterprise-wide systems implementations and he currently holds the
position of Chief Information and Process Officer at the Sloan Valve
Company in
Franklin Park,
IL. He is responsible for the Information
Technology Group, Sloan’s process improvement initiative, and Tom
facilitates Sloan’s strategic planning process. Tom holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration from a small college in
San Diego.

Matthew Green is the Product Line Director for Process Applications
at Software AG. He is responsible for the product and marketing
strategy of the Process Applications business line that encompasses
Business Process Management, Business Activity Monitoring, and
Composite Application Frameworks. He has more than 25 years
experience in the IT industry from both a technical and business
perspective, holding various positions in management, strategy
planning, product management, research as well as engineering.

Landenberger is currently Vice President - Business Segment Partner at
CNA Insurance.
John is a technology professional, with over 30 years of
experience in the development and management of corporate technology
solutions. He has been instrumental in the development and
implementation of project management philosophies, detailed processes
and there implementation throughout his career. John has held various
positions of responsibility covering the entire life cycle of technology
development and operational support. The last fifteen years, John has

company. At Allscripts, he is responsible for driving the technology
strategy to create efficient business processes across the organization
and transforming the company's internal systems by modernizing its
software platforms, enterprise hardware, and network infrastructure. He
brings with him over twenty years of technology experience in business
alignment and operations. Prior to joining Allscripts, John has held IT
leadership positions at Accenture, RR Donnelley, Quebecor World and
Thomson Corporation.
