Sergey Chernov ,
PMP
In his current role -- Manager, Enterprise Architecture at NiSource, Sergey is
part of company transformation team tasked to take NiSource to a new level of
Business and IT operations. Previously, he held a position of Assistant
Director of IT Strategic Planning at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago
where he was leading strategic planning, architecture and project management
oversight for a central IT group. Prior to joining NEIU, he led several
large-scale internal IT projects for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Sergey started
his career at Emerson Electric where he was responsible for project management
and implementation of B2B e-commerce systems. Sergey is a certified project
manager (PMP) and has earned a Masters of Science in Information Systems
Management degree from Loyola University Chicago and Bachelor of Science in
Accounting from Indiana University.

Terry
Doerscher
Terry Doerscher has over 26 years of
experience in program, project, work & resource management, process &
PMO development and strategic planning.
As the Chief Process Architect for Planview, Terry’s
focus is on innovating world-class business management techniques
aligned to the to unique challenges of today’s technology-centric,
knowledge worker environments.
Since joining
Planview in 1999, Terry has worked with over a hundred Planview
customers worldwide, and has become a trusted advisor in their journey
towards business management excellence. Mr. Doerscher is the
primary author of PlanView PRISMS™ Business Processes and Best
Practices, a companion product to Planview Enterprise portfolio
management software. He also drives the acclaimed ‘PMO 2.0’ series of
whitepapers, presentations, leadership forums, the 2008 PMO 2.0
Survey and his entertaining and educational blog, the Enterprise
Navigator - all of which are recognized as a catalyst for redefining
the role of the PMO in integrating and aligning business management
functions for the enterprise. Terry
is a passionate evangelist for integrating business management processes
as a proven method of improving organizational performance; he is a
frequently cited industry expert and his candid and engaging
presentation style makes him a sought after
speaker. He is a contributing author to the book,
“The Modern
PMO – Practical Insights and Case Studies” by Mark Perry (due out in the
Spring of 2009), and is currently co-authoring a book on portfolio
management (due out in the Summer of 2009). His collective body of work
is very influential in positioning Planview as a recognized thought
leader within the industry.
Mr. Doerscher
is a voracious reader and self-directed learner. He
received his formal engineering education in the elite US
Navy Nuclear Power Program, has been a member of PMI since 1997, is a
member of the PMI PMO SIG, is ITIL v.3 Foundation certified, and is a
Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE).

Go
Susan Go is a
Senior Customer Consultant for PowerSteering Software
where she works closely with existing and prospective customers
to deploy PPM solutions tailored to client needs. Prior to
PowerSteering, Ms. Go previously worked at Primavera (formerly
ProSight), where she developed strategic enterprise solutions
focused on portfolio optimization, application rationalization
and IT governance for clients such as Panasonic, AARP, State
Street Bank, and Bank of America. In addition to her
professional work experience, Ms. Go has been asked to present
at many national events on enterprise portfolio management
including Microsoft’s Project Management Conference, Microsoft’s
New York User Group, Panasonic’s Annual North America IT
Conference, and the Project and Portfolio Management in the
Pharmaceutical Industry Conference. Ms. Go holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the
University of Maryland.

Michael Klynstra
Michael
Klynstra has a rich background in pragmatic IT leadership and consulting in the
finance, insurance, healthcare, logistics, and telecommunications industries. He
has played a number of roles including the management of large-scale system
delivery, project management office leadership, and the design and
implementation lean and agile transformation initiatives. Michael currently
serves as a Client Partner with Geneca and works with clients and delivery teams
to maximize the value delivered by IT organizations.

Michael J. Menard
Mr. Menard is President and
co-founder of The GenSight Group, the recognized leader in the field of Decision
Excellence and Resource Optimization.
Menard is also the creator of The GenSight Group’s Project Portfolio Management
methodology which has been implemented

Dave Meyers
Dave
joined Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 2003 and is a Senior Director in the US
Commercial Systems organization. Dave is responsible for the planning,
development, implementation and direction of Wyeth’s technological answers to
the corporate business needs, primarily focused on improving productivity,
streamlining processes, and integrating systems in his area of responsibility.
Dave has an extensive consulting and general management background in
Information Technology, Process Redesign, Strategy Development and Business
Operations. Before coming to Wyeth, Dave worked at McDonald’s Corporation
as well as Accenture. He is experienced at leading operational strategy
and planning sessions, deploying process reengineering initiatives, introducing
emerging technologies, and developing business solutions for marketing,
operations, supply chain, sales and finance. Dave received a BS and MBA with a
focus on management and finance from the University of Illinois.

Mollins
Peter Mollins is director of
product marketing at Micro Focus. In that role, he is responsible for
positioning technologies that support application portfolio understanding,
modernization, and management. Peter was previously director of marketing at
Relativity Technologies where he managed all aspects of marketing a
enterprise-class analysis platform. Prior to that, Peter marketed for
Togethersoft, iMediation, and Netscape. He holds a Master of International
Management from Thunderbird.

Steve Pieczko
Steve
Pieczko has more than thirteen years experience managing custom software
development and implementing packaged products. With a career largely dedicated
to the advancement of best practices that leverage the PM’s ability to
predictably deliver business value, he has expertise in Financial Services,
Telecommunications, Education, Healthcare, Transportation and Insurance. Today,
Steve works with Geneca’s enterprise clients to help them achieve business/IT
alignment, predictability and clarity. Steve has an MS in CS from DePaul
University.

Fabrice Roche
Fabrice Roche, a Senior Vice President and Chicago Regional
Director with UMT Consulting Group, has over 12 years of Portfolio and Project
Management implementation, software development and consulting experience.
Fabrice is actively involved in managing, leading, planning and participating in
all facets of Portfolio and Project Management, with concentrations in
methodology development, governance, process design & definition, creation,
prioritization, optimization and on-going management of portfolios and projects.
He also has a strong financial background including Accounting and Corporate
Finance. Fabrice has taken leadership and participated in multiple
strategy consulting, business process and IT implementation projects for
Financial Services, Professional Services & Manufacturing clients in North
America and Europe. He has worked with several Fortune 1000 companies including

Andrew Thompson
Andrew Thompson is an Application Portfolio
Manager in the Midwest Development Center, an intra-enterprise IT consulting
group for Liberty Mutual Group. A senior business manager and entrepreneur,
he currently oversees management, development and maintenance projects for
the Information Technology department. Prior to his experience at Liberty,
he was involved in numerous successful start-up and small companies as a
principal or a consultant ranging from computer hardware to IT services and
strategic consulting to venture capital. Most of his professional career has
been in project management and running a project office. Mr.
Thompson received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in
1996 and his MBA from the University of Illinois in Business Development and
Technology Strategy. He is a member of PMI, is PMP certified, and is
certified in Six Sigma Green Belt.

Randy Wimmer
Randy Wimmer currently serves as an
IT Portfolio Manager at Allstate Insurance Company. In this
capacity he is responsible for maintaining a portfolio view of
demand, supply and delivery management for a large IT area which
enables their delivery of strategically aligned IT projects. He
is also helping Allstate Technology & Operations (ATO) adopt IT
portfolio management best practices by establishing an IT
Portfolio Management Community of Practice. Randy joined
Allstate in 2001 to provide project and process management in
the implementation of the Multi-Access Integration initiative
(get quotes and purchase insurance through Allstate.com and
1-800-Allstate). Over the last 7 years Randy has worked in
several ATO area PMOs implementing portfolio and project
management best practices including the Capability Maturity
Model-SW. His background includes 12 years in Public & Corporate
Accounting and 12 years in Technology in corporate and
consulting settings. Randy holds an undergraduate degree in
Accounting and has successfully achieved certifications as a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Software Quality
Analyst (CSQA).
