Russ Bostick
Russ Bostick joined CNO Financial
Group in February 2005 as executive vice president and chief
information officer (CIO) of the company. In August 2008, he was
promoted to executive vice president, technology and
operations. Bostick is responsible for all enterprise
technology and operations shared services. This includes IT,
policyholder service, claims, and records and print management
services for Washington National and Bankers Life and Casualty
Company. Bostick is also responsible for the IT that supports
Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company.
Before joining CNO, Bostick served
for seven years as chief technology officer of Chase Insurance,
the insurance arm of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. During this time,
Bostick served as CIO for Zurich Life U.S. and Bank One
Insurance, the predecessors of Chase Insurance. He executed the
integration of insurance IT departments for all three companies
in less than one year. In addition, as CIO, he delivered
substantial improvement in policy administration, sales
platforms and financial risk management, while managing a team
spanning several locations and serving multiple markets,
products and channels.
Before Chase, Bostick was chief technology officer for Corporate
Software & Technology, a licensed software reseller in Norwood,
Massachusetts.
Previously, Bostick held key technology positions at CNA
Insurance from 1994-1997, and at IBM from 1979-1994. While at
IBM, he was introduced to the financial services industry,
serving for three years as the client executive for CNA.
Bostick holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry and mathematics
from Wabash College, and an MBA in marketing from the University
of Chicago. He served as Chair of the Board of Governors for
Lumity, a nonprofit technology and finance services resource for
nonprofit organizations, and continues to chair its business
development committee.

Tom Coleman
Tom
Coleman has worked successfully at many organizational levels in
information technology and in user disciplines. He has a detailed
understanding of strategic planning, process improvement, technical
systems strategies, and manufacturing. Tom has worked in various
manufacturing positions leading to the position of Director of
World-Wide Materials. In the information technology area, he has held
positions such as Business Systems Analyst, Director of IS, Vice
President of IT, and Chief Information Officer. Tom has led six
enterprise-wide systems implementations and he currently holds the
position of Chief Information and Process Officer at the Sloan Valve
Company in
Franklin Park,
IL. He is responsible for the Information
Technology Group, Sloan’s process improvement initiative, and Tom
facilitates Sloan’s strategic planning process. Tom holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration from a small college in
San Diego.

Sharon DeWitt (Getz)
Sharon is an information
and change management executive with over 20 years experience in Information
Technology and over 10 years experience in executive leadership. Sharon has
worked in various industries including defense, public utilities, manufacturing,
distribution, consumer marketing, aerospace and professional services. Sharon
is currently the Director of Information Technology at Scot Forge in Spring
Grove. Scot Forge is a 100% employee-owned
manufacturer of custom open die and rolled ring forgings. Started as a small
hammer shop in Chicago, IL in 1893, Scot Forge has over 100 years of experience,
leading the industry as one of the most modern and respected forging companies
in the world.
Prior to that Sharon
was at Zebra Technologies, Inc. and was responsible for Zebra’s Global IT
Organization for over 9 years until she joined the Business Development Team as
the Sr. Director of Acquisition Integration responsible for the leadership of
integration planning and execution of all functional areas for several newly
acquired companies into Zebra Technologies. Sharon holds a B.S. degree in
Computer Information Science and a MBA from Cleveland State University.

Jeff Lee
Jeff Lee has over 18 years of
consulting and technology experience. Prior to Maven Wave, Lee
served as Managing Director at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) where he
led engagements worth in excess of $150 million for this leading
offshore IT and outsourcing firm with revenues in excess of $2
billion. Lee was a founder and CEO of Fathom Solutions, a
leading strategy, business process, and IT services consultancy
acquired by Cognizant in 2004. Lee began his career at Accenture
(NYSE: ACN) where he led large scale change programs at
communications and high tech clients for this global business,
IT, and outsourcing firm.

Peter Logothetis
Peter
Logothetis is the Senior VP and Head of Technology services
for QBE the Americas.
He oversees the information services department for QBE
Regional Insurance companies. He has more than 25 years of
experience in the information technology industry and has
worked in insurance for 15 years. Since 1980, Peter has also
been a part-time IT instructor at DePaul University, where he earned his masters in
business administration. A native of Greece, he also has a bachelor's degree in
computer science and business from the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Jeff
Main
Mr. Main is the Managing
Director of Information Technology for Air Wisconsin Airlines
Corporation. He leads an IT department of 30 IT professionals.
Air
Wisconsin was recently included in the 2010 Information Week 500 for its
innovative uses of SharePoint and Business Intelligence.
Mr. Main has nearly 30
years of experience in the IT field and has held IT management positions
in infrastructure and application development for Fortune 1000
companies. He joined Air Wisconsin in 2004.
Prior to joining Air Wisconsin,
Mr. Main was the Vice President of Applications Development of USF
Corporation in Chicago, a leading, national trucking and logistics
services company. There he was responsible for the application
development of solutions including freight operations, financial
systems, ecommerce, EDI, data warehouse and CRM. Prior to heading the
applications group at USF, Mr. Main was the Director of IT for a USF
Corporation subsidiary, USF Dugan in Wichita, KS for five years. Prior
to USF Dugan, he was employed at Rent-A-Center of Wichita, KS for 10
years leaving there as the Director of Technical Services. Mr. Main
started his career as a programmer while attending Wichita State
University in Wichita, KS.

Bruce
Massel
Bruce Massel is the
Vice President of Information Technology and the
Project Management Office at Fidelitone
Logistics. Bruce has more than 23 years of
information technology leadership, management
and consulting experience with mid-sized
distribution companies. In addition to his IT
experience, Bruce also has more than 6 years of
operations, sales and web marketing management
experience. His career has progressed from a
technical programmer to a hands-on business
leader in the implementation of innovative and
practical technology solutions. He has led IT
departments as CIO in multiple industries after
beginning his career at Coopers & Lybrand as an
EDP auditor before becoming the practice lead
for the Midwest Middle Market IT Consulting
Services. Bruce earned his BS in Computer
Science from Purdue University and a Masters of
Management in Marketing and International
Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg
School of Management.

Eric Mead
Eric
Mead has had over 12 years experience in consulting and business development,
and leads VMC’s consulting practice as Director of Consulting. Eric joined VMC
with a long history in management consulting and business development. He brings
a strategic, results-oriented approach to this role, with a focus on continuous
improvement, building great teams, and driving client satisfaction. Eric’s
career began at Accenture, where he was a manager in their Consulting
organization focused on the High-Tech and Telecommunications' group. While at
Accenture, he worked with industry-leading clients, for example Microsoft,
Deutsche Telekom, Pac Bell, and Qwest/US West.
After
Accenture, Eric worked for Microsoft as Group Manager, Online Services, leading
his team which delivered and managed multiple customer facing websites on
Microsoft.com. Most recently, Eric worked as Vice President of Sales at LG
Consulting, providing the right human capital management consulting solutions to
exceed customer expectations.
Eric
earned his M.B.A. from Willamette University in Information Systems and
Marketing, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a focus in Economics
from University of Washington. He was awarded Account Manager of the Year at LG
Consulting, and was a multiple Gold Star Award winner at Microsoft. Eric
volunteers in the community and has served as a Board member for the non-profit
organization, Childhaven.

John Moon
John C. Moon is the Vice
President and Chief Information Officer of Johnson Outdoors Inc., a
leading global outdoor recreational products company. Mr. Moon is
responsible for the Company’s information technology function, and
defining and implementing the company’s strategic use of information
technology worldwide. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, Mr. Moon
enjoyed a successful 23 year career at Baxter International Inc. and
Caremark International (a 2002 spin-off of Baxter) where he held a
variety of positions of increasing responsibility before being named
Baxter’s Chief Information Officer in 2000 and Corporate Vice President
in 2002. Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Moon held positions in the
telecommunications and software industries. Mr. Moon was named CIO
of the Year in 2001 by the Association of Information Technology
Professionals and was selected as a Premier 100 IT Leader by
Computerworld Magazine in 2003. Mr. Moon served as a Board member of
the Global Healthcare Exchange, the leading internet trading exchange
for the Healthcare industry from 2003 – 2006.
Mr. Moon earned a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, and holds a Master’s
Degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois
University. He is an active member of the Society of Information
Management and the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

Prasad
Rama Prasad is currently
CIO of Aircell.
Aircell is the world’s leading provider of air-to-ground telecommunications and
is certified by both FAA and FCC to provide wifi internet services in the
airplanes. As CIO, Rama is responsible for leading all aspects of Information
Technology (IT) and effectively supporting the growth of Aircell. Prior to
joining Aircell, Rama headed Application Development and Testing for US Cellular
and before that, he held executive positions in IT at Hewitt, Orbitz and
CNA. Rama holds a Masters’ degree in computer
science from the University of Missouri-Rolla, an MBA from Rockhurst College in
Kansas City and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Osmania University.

Susina
Steve
Susina has more than 20 years of engineering and marketing experience in the
telecommunications and IT industries and currently serves as Director of
Marketing for Laurus Technologies, a business consulting and IT solutions
provider based in Itasca, IL. Previously, he was Senior Product Manager for
UTStarcom's fixed/mobile convergence product line, and has also held various
sales, marketing and engineering roles at Tellabs and AT&T. His speaking
experience includes technology conferences around the world on such topics
as IT & business strategy, optical networking, compliance and identity
management and mobile communications. Susina holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh.

Trifiletti, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Trifiletti has held numerous leadership positions in the information
services functions of consumer products and food manufacturing companies
since 1995. He began his career with Borden Foods, Inc. before moving
to Kraft Foods Global, Inc. where he led large I.S. teams across North
America, Latin America, Asia/Pacific and the European Union. He has
deep technical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems,
Database Management, Business Intelligence Analytics as well as
Knowledge Management and On-line Collaboration technologies. He joined
Preferred Meal Systems/The Maramont Corporation in 2007. Mr. Trifiletti
is a member of the Chicago Chapter of the Society for Information
Management and holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan
University.

Jim Vaselopulos
Jim Vaselopulos is a seasoned business executive with domain expertise
in Financial Services, Marketing, Manufacturing and Service Industries.
Jim works closely with many firms to help align business needs and
technology for competitive advantage. His many roles include Partner at
PSC Group, LLC, interim CIO at several organizations and strategic
business consultant to many others. His speaking engagements include
regional executive events, various podcasts, industry organizations and
technology-centric educational institutions such as the University of
Illinois. Jim holds an Engineering degree from the University of

Mike Zanillo, is the CIO of WMS

companies by Information Week. During his career, Mike has
previously served in senior technology management roles with

and Cisco.
Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago
and has studied at a post-graduate level at Loyola and Northern
Illinois Universities. Mike is a chapter author contributor to,

Chicago Chapter board member of the Society of Information
