Mr. Burton is a seasoned IT Professional Services Manager, whose career has focused on customer success, in the usage and exploitation of technology. As part of his current role, Mr. Burton is responsible for researching technical solutions that fulfill customer needs and demands to resolve electronic messaging business level issues, and developing procedures/deployment tools for technology implementations. As part of the requirements of his varied functions and technical expertise, Mr. Burton has attained recognized industry certifications. Over the course of a 25+-year professional career, Mr. Burton has developed and maintained certifications in a number of technologies in the area of computer systems and technology infrastructure. These certifications include; Industry Email Archive Certified Architect with various archive vendors Architecture, Storage, and Implementation, Hewlett Packard including HP-UX 10.2 and 11.x, HP OpenView Certified Consultant in Network and Storage Management, HP Pre-Sales Technical Consultant for Workstations and Servers, Sun Enterprise and Workgroup Computing Technical Certification, Sun HA-Cluster, and a Sun Enterprise Planning Professional, and Microsoft Windows. Mr. Burton graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Technology. |

Teresa Drabenstadt
is currently Director, Ethics & Compliance for CUNA
Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin. She directs
enterprise-wide Ethics & Compliance Programs, including
Records & Information Management (RIM), Privacy, Do Not
Contact, Rate & Form Filing, Advertising and Sales
Compliance. In leading the RIM Program, she and her
team have already "achieved" over $20 million in
benefits in less than 2 years, in partnership with
IT. In prior work, she served in leadership roles in
Internal Audit and IT. She lead the creation of robust
IT audit capabilities, risk assessment tools and the
redesign of the audit methodology. She has over 20
years of IT experience, serving jointly on business and
IT Leadership teams, providing people leadership and
strategic direction to large scale projects as well
as functional IT support. She holds certifications in
Project Management (PMP), Privacy (CIPP) and Information
Systems Auditing (CISA), as well as an MBA and BBA from
the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Barry Murphy, a widely renowned and distinguished archiving, eDiscovery, and records management industry luminary, joined Mimosa Systems, Inc. as director of product marketing. An industry pundit who has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and CNBC, Murphy is perhaps best known for his tenure as a senior analyst for Forrester's Information Delivery research group. While at Forrester, he provided pragmatic and forward-thinking advice to global leaders in business and technology, including Fortune 500 CIOs, to earn him a prominent reputation in the industry. Prior to Forrester Research, Murphy was an analyst with the Delphi Group where he covered content management, business process management and web services. Murphy has also been a regular presenter at key industry events including the Forrester IT Forum, AIIM Conference and Expo, ARMA Conference, and LegalTech. Murphy received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. |
