Marcello Benati

Marcello Benati is an Enterprise Architect with over 20 years’ experience in various verticals in US and multinational companies. His focus is transformational business intelligence, where he leverages current data insights and applies lateral creative thinking methods to discover solutions and unleash new opportunities. Marcello has successfully led successful consulting practices focusing on large scale Data warehouse and BI projects for various clients in the Midwest Region and internationally ( With clients such as Nielsen, Redbox, Ely Lilly, Laidlaw, International Trucks, Sears, J&J, HSBC, Pfizer, Microsoft and others). His focus for the past five years has been on taking the Microsoft vision of” BI to the masses” and leveraging IT investments to offer comprehensive and SMART Solutions(Strategy, Monitor, Analyze, Report Take Control) . He combines his BI skills with Rightpoint’s SharePoint and strategy talent to create solutions which are relevant, relative and business focused. Marcello holds a bachelor's degree in International Business and a master's degree in Information Technology, as well as various certifications in applied Math, Physics, Predictive analysis and Fractal Encryption. He developed 12 patents and is a citizen of the United States and Brazil. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French and German.


Rod Cleary
Rod Cleary is a Senior Manager of Process Quality Assurance at Sallie Mae, the largest provider of student loans in the United States. At Sallie Mae he is responsible for the IT Performance Management Program. He is also responsible for the IT Strategic Project Portfolio.  Rod has spent most of his career in application development, process improvement and IT governance. He has successfully implemented multiple enterprise-critical IT programs and is responsible for the development and implementation of IT Performance Management programs in multiple Fortune 500 companies.  Rod is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business and holds a Master's Certificate in project management from George Washington University.  He is a certified project management professional (PMP), is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.  Rod currently lives in Indiana with his family and enjoys coaching youth sports.


Mike Kerrigan

Mike Kerrigan started his career with 17 years of practical, real-world logistics expertise as the COO for a Global Japanese company.  In 1994, Mike Kerrigan was part of one of the first mid-sized SAP implementations in the US. As one of the key client team members, he was responsible for implementing materials management and production planning, including all core SAP modules and strategic corporate functionality using SAP’s Profitability Analysis. His company became one of SAP’s top client success stories in 1994. More importantly, SAP used his company as the top reference site for future customers. The implementation methodology used on his project eventually became the SAP ASAP methodology.  In 1995, Mr. Kerrigan was hired to create a middle market focused SAP implementation consulting practice for a Midwest-based consultancy. He overachieved in this role, creating a 250 person, highly successful SAP implementation group that won the prestigious SAP Partner of the Year Award for three consecutive years. Over the last 15 years, Mike Kerrigan has been the executive in charge of helping over 100 clients go live on SAP. In 2001 Mike was the partner in charge of ERP solutions with a global consulting and operations staff of 700 people.  Mike continued his SAP implementation successes for the last 15 years across all major industry sectors. His combination of real world logistics/management experience and SAP Global expertise place him in an unrivalled position of value to our clients.


Steve Palmer

Steve Palmer is Vice President of BI/EPM for Business & Decision. In addition, he is an author, speaker and thought leader in Business Intelligence and Enterprise Information Management. Steve has pioneered in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Information Management since the mid 1980’s.  As the founder of FactFusion™, he is the author of a new methodology focused on the mission of Enterprise Intelligence Realization™.  Steve’s leadership is born of extensive experience as a practitioner and consultant with some of the world’s largest companies.
