Conference Registration

Please note: Attendance is limited to individuals from IT departments at corporations, government and educational institutions.

You can use any of the three options below to register.  Please see the information at the bottom of this screen for the terms and conditions.

  • e-Commerce:  If you are paying with a credit card please use the CAMP Attendee webstore.  You may also use a purchase order number with this option.  Click here for the web-store.  Please submit a separate order for each attendee. A confirmation/receipt will be displayed on the screen and sent via e-mail.
     
  • Hard copy: Printout a registration form.  Fax it to CAMP (847-881-0747) with your credit card number, or mail it to CAMP with a check.

Please note: Attendance is limited to enterprise IT executives, IT management and IT staff in companies with at least 25 employees. Conference registrants cannot be sales/marketing/business development professionals nor executives of companies that provide IT products or consulting services to enterprises.

The conference fee of $199 per person includes a luncheon, continental breakfast, course notes and a certificate of completion.

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.  A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing earlier than ten business days before the event. Registrants who cancel after ten business days before the event, and before five business days before the event will be subject to a $95 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on, or five, business days before the date of the event. In the event of the cancellation of the event for any reason, the liability of CAMP Conferences, Inc. is limited to the return of the paid registration fee. Participants requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact CAMP Conferences, Inc.  at least ten business days prior to the event to make the necessary arrangements.

The location of all events is the convenient Donald E. Stephens Convention Center at 5555 North River Road in Rosemont, Illinois 60018.  The center is located three miles east of Chicago's O'Hare Airport and fifteen miles west of the downtown Chicago lakefront.  It is located alongside the I-90, I-294 and Kennedy Expressways.  It is three blocks from the Rosemont station of the CTA Blue Line "L" train that goes from O'Hare Airport to downtown Chicago.  The convention center parking structure, and several hotels, are connected via an indoor "skybridge" to the convention center.
